Did you know that acupuncture can help to calm your mind and regulate your body's energy and nervous system? helping it back into a state of calm, relaxation, and balance? 🌱
Cupping is also a form of Chinese massage that uses glass cups to "lift" the skin and tissue to create more space underneath to stimulate blood circulation. This can help to relax your muscles and is naturally detoxifying as it helps the body release built up stress and toxins though the skin 🙌🏻
Lastly ~ the crystal sound bowls that I also use in these sessions are made of 99,99% pure clear quartz crystal and can vibrate deep into every cell of your being✨ ~ promoting a sense of deep relaxation and calm 🙏🏻
So when you combine these three ~ cupping, acupuncture and crystal sound bowls ~ its like giving your mind, body, and spirit a very well deserved mini wellness retreat 🌱

I have a bachelors degree in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and over 6 years of clinical experience. I am also a member of the Norwegian Acupuncturist Society (MAF), and I speak fluent Norwegian and English ~ so you choose which language you prefer to have the session in.
I currently offer 3 types of sessions ✨
1. Balancing & Calming Acupuncture + Cupping ~ to help your mind and body feel relaxed, balanced and calm 🌱
Includes: acupuncture, cupping, and crystal sound bowls.
This session is for you if you feel healthy, but like your body isn't quite where you want it to be. Perhaps you're experiencing symptoms such as stress and are struggling to relax, or feeling tired, anxious or like you just cant manage to relax (even when you try).
This session can help to calm your mind and regulate your nervous system ~ helping you feel more relaxed, balanced and healthy 🌱
2. Purely Cupping ~ to help your muscles relax and detoxify ✨
Cupping is a Chinese form of massage where we use glass cups and suction to "lift" the skin and tissue to create more space underneath to stimulate blood circulation. This is also naturally detoxifying as it helps the body release built up stress and toxins though the skin.
Acupuncture and crystal sound bowls are not included in this session.
Please note that you get cupping bruises/marks that can last up to 10 days.
3. Cosmetic Acupuncture + Cupping ~ to boost a healthy natural looking glow! 🙌🏻
Includes cosmetic acupuncture, balancing acupuncture points, cupping, and a light facial massage after.
This is for you if you want to boost a healthy looking glow the natural way.
By stimulating specific acupuncture points on your face and body, this session can help to boost blood circulation, collagen production, lymphatic drainage, and promote a healthy natural looking glow! Ends with a lovely little facial massage✨
A great alternative for those who don't want to use botox or fillers.
Please note: This session can't be combined with botox or fillers. If you have botox or fillers, please wait a minimum of 3 months before booking this session.
I sometimes offer wellness guidance during the session to help you feel your best. This could be a relaxation technique, some stretching exercises, a mindfulness exercise, or a nutritional tip to help your mind and body.
My aim is to always give the very best session, and to ensure that you feel supported and heard, and walk out feeling more relaxed, rested, healthy and inspired ✨
Most women find these sessions deeply relaxing and inspiring 🙏🏻
Duration & Prices:
~ "Balancing & Calming Acupuncture + Cupping" (75min): 2400kr
This is currently the only session available. Includes acupuncture, cupping, crystal sound bowls, and wellness guidance.
The first session you have is always 20min longer. This time is added automatically after you book your session, and is an additional 400kr. All vat is included in the price.

You'll find my beautiful YinMama Wellness Studio located on the second floor of Borgen Kvartalet in Stavanger Øst ~ just inside Jill Stewarts Pilates studio.
When you arrive, there is a women's changing room for you to leave your shoes and jacket, and then you can take a seat in the waiting area there and I will come out to get you for your appointment.

Please note: These sessions are meant to elevate and add to your existing health and wellness routine. I work with women who consider themselves to be healthy, but who want to increase their level of balance and calm + get additional support on their health and wellness journey.
I do not treat pain, illness or patients with acupuncture anymore. I know that struggling with health issues is difficult, and I would recommend you seek help and support through your doctor, a chiropractor, physiotherapist, osteopath, psychologist, coach, other acupuncturists, read self-help books, or try anything that you feel can help you.
